Reference rate fixings — capture and query published rate observations

📄️Query rate fixings

Returns captured fixings. Filter by indexName and optionally by fixingDate or date range (fromDate/toDate).

📄️Capture a rate fixing

Records a published fixing for a reference rate index (e.g., SOFR, CDOR) on a given date.
