List all artifacts
Returns all artifacts for the caller's tenant, ordered by creation time descending.
Upload a new artifact
Creates a new artifact in DRAFT state. Version is auto-assigned.
Submit artifact for review
Transitions a DRAFT artifact to UNDER_REVIEW.
Retire artifact
Retires an artifact permanently. Retired artifacts remain readable for audit.
Reject artifact
Rejects an artifact under review. A reason is required.
Deactivate artifact
Deactivates the active artifact. The artifact is no longer served.
Approve artifact
Approves an artifact under review. Reviewer must differ from the uploader.
Activate artifact
Activates an approved artifact. Any previously active version is deactivated.
